Thanks for stopping by and checking who we are! My name is Jone and with a few friends this website was started in the spring of 2025.

The goal for this website is to create a free online library of articles and guides on how to enjoy, play and advance in your padel game, sprinkled in with some padel news and gear reviews.

About me

My passion for padel started in 2022 when a few friends wanted to try it out and invited me. I found it immediately enjoyable and got hooked pretty quickly. After a few sessions with my friends their interest wore off, but I seeked out the local community and started playing multiple times per week pretty quickly.

It was fascinating to see the better local players and immediately I got hooked on practicing and learning technique to improve my game. We don't have any local coaches in my small city in Norway, but every once in a while professional coaches come to visit and offer lessons, which is great.

Now 3 years later my Playtomic profile is counting close to 500 sessions - but according to the stats only half of them are actual matches with results while the rest is training sessions. This means I actually have a 50/50 split between training and matches.

Anyway I have been geeking out on technique content online since I got hooked and feel I am in a good position to build a library of content, at least for beginner and early intermediate levels.
